No Voids

Whilst some voids may be inevitable, we do extremely well at minimising them. We work with local business and universities to house their professional employees and also students needing local accommodation. However, despite this, you can be certain you will always receive your rent.

At JB Adobes, we typically offer and agree on five year leases. Therefore, while it is under our control, you have no worries and no hassle. When we take over your property, you then give up the daily responsibilities of being a landlord as we take care of everything. We handle all wear and tear of the property, any tenant mishaps and all the running costs of the house such as utility bills, council tax, boiler insurance, etc. leaving you totally carefree. Once the tenancy term is complete, we will return your property back to you in the same or even better condition that what we received it in.
