When we take over your property, you then give up the daily responsibilities of being a landlord as we take care of everything. We handle all wear and tear of the property, any tenant mishaps and all the running costs of the house such as utility bills, council tax, boiler insurance, etc. leaving you totally carefree. Once the tenancy term is complete, we will return your property back to you in the same or even better condition that what we received it in.
